  • Integrated  Video-­‐conference  service  (SIVIC)      •  The  SIVIC  is  a  service  for  coordina3ng,  and  delivering   video-­‐conference  services  among  La3n-­‐American   NRENs.  The  concept  is  to  deliver  a  federated  service   with  the  same  standards  and  procedures  for  all   par3cipant  ins3tu3ons.
