This presents the need and possibility of creating CEFE courses over the internet using Web 2.0 technologies. This was presented in the Balkan CEFE Trainer's Conference in Belgrade last April 10, 2010.

  • So it’s basically the web as we know it now delivering what we have come to expect of it. Some would say that perhaps the web is only now (under Web 2.0) delivering what it always promised. I’ve remained vague and woolly when making these definitions so far… but that’s because it’s a vague and woolly subject. To best illustrate what Web 2.0 is about one should have a look at some of the Web 2.0 services out there and how they’re used.
  • Use of services is an important part of what is thought of as Web 2.0. Many of us are already doing it, so in some ways there’s nothing new here.
  • So it’s basically the web as we know it now delivering what we have come to expect of it. Some would say that perhaps the web is only now (under Web 2.0) delivering what it always promised. To best illustrate what Web 2.0 is about one should have a look at some of the Web 2.0 services out there and how they’re used.

    4. 4. This change Transformed us from passive readers to active participants….as we transform passive trainees to active participants in the economy!!!
