    • Lack of concern for demands of cyclists;

    • Increase of accidents involving bicycles;

    • Increase commerce of motorbikes;
    • Low cost of second hand cars;
    • Decrease of industrial jobs;
    • Increasing commuting distances;
    • The heavy publicity of cars;
    • The bad image of bicycles;
    • The motorized drivers disrespect;
    • The lack of bicycle paths (only about 350 km in 2001)
