Copyright Issues <ul><li>Tend to digitize and publish mostly pre-1923 materials </li></ul><ul><li>If later material, require permission be obtained from copyright holder or documented “best effort” before allowing use in product or publication </li></ul><ul><li>Generally avoid manuscripts, personal papers or other unpublished material </li></ul>
