E.g. contractfarming…pros/cons[guaranteed mkt, technology, pre-financing of input][debt trap risk if contracts as collateral…“GuidingPrinciples for Responsible CF"]..let alone coord. different levels of PPPs/instrumentsNot that simple: instruments & governance of PPPs ?ECDPM Page 7
