  •         Identify who influences or decides purchasing. Not everyone requires the same information, so change accordingly. KNOW THE CONTACTS ROLE
  •     ADAPT YOUR PITCH Everyone is unique. The best sales people listen carefully, adapt their pitch and explain how things specifically apply to the client.
