2. 2.

Smokers 'lose 11 minutes for each cigarette‘

Wow! I mean does that not wake you guys up? Ok maybe you are not really bothered? Ok lets find some more facts...

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/2891341.stm

 3. 3.

They found smoking more than a packet of cigarettes a day doubles the risk of a stroke, compared to non-smokers.

Smoking is already identified as a risk factor for the more common ischemic stroke, where the blood supply to the brain is blocked.

It has also linked with subarachnoid haemorrhage, a stroke where there is bleeding in the space between the brain and the skull.

 4. 4.

Now Come on guys! its causing so much trouble all this crap going through your lungs! And you are blissfully unaware of it because it makes you feel better. Do you really want to die of heart disease?

 5. 5. Basically the lung on the left is a non smokers healthy. The lung on the right is the smokers lung, almost shrivelled up. Lets go over the points The consequences of this poisoning happen gradually. Over the long term, smoking leads people to develop health problems like cancer, emphysema (breakdown of lung tissue), organ damage, and heart disease. These diseases limit a person's ability to be normally active — and can be fatal. Each time a smoker lights up, that single cigarette takes about 5 to 20 minutes off the person's life.
 6. 6.

DO YOU REALLY WANT THIS????

Why are you doing this to yourself?? Another thing... "It looks cool" Oh please!! You really think this makes you look cool? Think again...
 7. 7.

Women who quit smoking significantly reduce their risk of dying from heart disease and tobacco-related cancers, according to a new study.

The authors reported that with coronary heart disease for example, a woman's risk declines to a non-smokers' risk within 20 years. For lung cancer the risk is reduced within 30 years.

For me this is very worrying. And this is just women,
