      • Choosing the right brand.

      • Develop a relationship with a good beauty therapist.
      • Work with them to find the right skin care for your skin type.
      • Do a series of skin care treatments.
      • Maintain with a facial every 4-6 weeks.
      • Adapt your skin care with the seasons.
      • Having regular facials will help you to deal with any issues that will arise.

      • UV exposure depletes the levels of vitamin A in your skin.
