Method <ul><li>Invites us to share face-to-face, a different quality and trait that we admire and appreciate about another person- every day for thirty days </li></ul><ul><li>or </li></ul><ul><li>Once a day, for thirty days, share with someone whose relationship is important to you a different quality or trait that you admire, appreciate, or value about the person </li></ul>

Guidelines (1/3) <ul><li>Select someone you meet daily </li></ul><ul><li>Tell the person what you are doing </li></ul><ul><li>Set an agreed upon time and place </li></ul><ul><li>Ask your partner to accept our comment gracefully. A simple “TQ” is sufficient </li></ul><ul><li>Discover their traits and quality along the way </li></ul><ul><li>Have fun along the way </li></ul>

Guidelines (2/3) <ul><li>Keep a list of traits as you go along </li></ul><ul><li>One thing at a day; no accumulative </li></ul><ul><li>Separate current happenings of the recipient from your feelings about that persons </li></ul><ul><li>No hidden agenda. Just acknowledge another person’s quality and traits </li></ul>

Close with style and grace </li></ul><ul><li>Let yourself discover some of the quality Along the way </li></ul><ul><li>Give a specific example for each trait that is shared </li></ul>
