  • 1. David Young Productions Record Label and Recording Facility
  • 2. Company Name Pros This name was chosen because I am selling my professional services just as much as the facility. Most artists understand the need for a great engineer and I can provide that through myself as well as my associates and employees. I do not only provide recording services but a label as well. Therefore, I want to be called “productions” because it encompasses multiple avenues of audio and video production.
  • 3. Company Name I am open to, and searching for a more catchy name that could better display the family of engineers and management professionals we will be employing. It is Generic and Protectable.
  • 4. Company Name Cons Unoriginal naming scheme Notoriety is difficult to achieve and therefor the name could effect business. Because it contains my name employees may be less willing to work at my facility.
  • 5. Logo I do not have a logo however, I know what I am looking for. I want a straight forward logo that is simple and sharp. It needs to be something that is easily remembered and recognized.
  • 6. Logo Here is a great example of a logo that I like. It is simple, and it easily depicts what they do while only giving the most important information. Pink Salmon Studios is my main competition and their logo is similar however, it lacks inspiration in my opinion.

  • 8. Corporate Culture We are here to revolutionize the Music Industry, providing professional label and recording services to talented individuals and bands at a reasonable cost to both parties. Through excellent in house recording, production, and mixing techniques we will give the artist exactly what they are looking for at a price they will love.

Mission Statement We at David Young Productions are here to take your music career to the next level through excellent management of you or your band, as well as expertly recorded, mixed and mastered audio. All this while keeping costs down, and maximizing profit and notoriety for all parties.
  • 10. Tag Line “We do your music right!” This is an effective tagline because it simply states what we love to do and why we are here. It speaks to the clients by descriptively reinforcing their confidence in us. It reinforces my brand as well as distinguishes me from my competitors by stating that we as a company care about both the individuals music as well as the music industry as a whole.
