      Go to either http://join.4sq.com/dwaynekilbourne or directly to http://foursquare.com/ and create a user account.

      Search for your business (https://foursquare.com/search)
      You might find multiple results for a location, but just pick one (and then merge the other afterwards)
      On right side of the venue page, there should be a spot to claim it!
