    • Langston Hughes
      Examination of Hughes beliefs within his poems
    • Beliefs concerning society
      Langston Hughes never limited himself to his beliefs concerning society. Hughes was a pillar for African Americans and their way of life, primarily during the twentieth century. He advocated many of his beliefs towards African Americans and intertwined those beliefs into his poetry.
    • Association with the Harlam Renaissance
      The beliefs of Langston Hughes were of great importance to him because he was part of the Harlem Renaissance, which was a movement of cultural beliefs formally, known as the, “The New Negro Movement.”
    • Three significant Pieces of work
      Hughes was a passionate believer of originality and the importance of expression throughout his culture. The poetry pieces in which expressed those beliefs were known as, “The Negro Artist”, “In Dream Boogie” and “Racial Mountain.
    • The Negro Artist
      "The Negro Artist,” was the supreme basis for Harlem Renaissance. Throughout “The Negro Artist,” Hughes tarried his thoughts surrounding African Americans
