Pride in self annoys God.
“I’ve got more stuff than you.”
“I’m smarter than you.”
“I don’t have to obey.”
But God cares for those in
humble circumstances who
cast their cares upon Him.
2 Chronicles 7 14 If My people, which are called by
My Name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and

When our Lord is walking by our side,
how can we be discontented?
He is the Source of all joy and peace within.
