The two verbs -- hearing in verse 7 and heard in 22:9 are slightly different. They heard the sound, but didnt understand the words.Acts 9:7 (TLB) The men with Paul stood speech-less with surprise, for they heard the sound ofsomeone’s voice but saw no one! 6

  10. 10. Ananias was not one of the twelve, but he was a disciple, a learner and follower of Jesus. He was an obedient son of God.Will you discipline yourself to learn to know Jesus, and live your life His Way? Do you have the discipline to be a disciple? 10
  11. 11. 12 And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananiascoming in, and putting his hand on him, that hemight receive his sight. 13 Then Ananias answered,Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how muchevil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem: 14 Andhere he hath authority from the chief priests to bindall that call on Thy Name.
