1. DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Agreement made and executed by and between:
_________________, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and residing in ____________________, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as the “VENDOR”
-and_________________, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and residing in ____________________, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as the “VENDEE”.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the absolute owner of a parcel of land situated at Barangay Magayon, Daraga, Albay, and
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. ____, containing an area of SEVENTY FIVE (75) square meters more or less and more
particularly described as follows:

“A Parcel of Land (Lot 1-I of the subdivision survey Psd-05-018586); being a portion of Lot
(LRC) Pcs-22207); situated in Barangay Magayon, Municipality of Daraga, Province of
Albay, Island of Luzon. Xxxx containing an area of Seventy Five (75) square meters.” xxx
WHEREAS, the VENDOR has agreed to sell, and the VENDEE agrees to buy the above-described property, containing an
area of SEVENTY FIVE (75) square meters (hereinafter referred to as the “SUBJECT LAND”) for the price and under the terms
set forth.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises the Parties agreed and hereby agree to the following:

Consideration. – The VENDOR hereby acknowledge receipt from the VENDEE the sum of Twenty Thousand Pesos
(P20,000.00) Philippine Currency, representing the purchase price, and in consideration therefore the former hereby sell,
transfer and convey in a manner absolute and irrevocable unto the latter, his heirs, successors and assigns the Subject
Land, free from any lien and or encumbrance.
2.
Expenses, Fees, and Taxes. – All expenses, fees for the registration of this Deed of Absolute Sale and the payment of
taxes arising from this instrument shall be for the account of the VENDEE.
