INTROUCTION•Organizational culture means a common perception held bythe organizations members.•Google’s mission is to organize the world’s information andmake it universally accessible and useful.•Google is home to countless communities of unique people.Founders Larry Page and Sergey Bring met at StanfordUniversity in 1995. By 1996, they had built a search engine(initially called Backrub) that used links to determine theimportance of individual WebPages.
