                      Welcome, Pilot Agencies! ORMS project partners have completed a number of critical
                      tasks, meeting milestones to keep the schedule on track.

                      Hardware and software have been ordered. Actual start date for agency users depends
                      upon the delivery date for hardware. Once hardware has been delivered to the secure
                      Synergy data center, the technology team will place, configure and test the infrastruc-
                      ture for entry of agency records.

                      Concurrently, the State Archives team has worked with Pilot agencies to ensure their
                      records classification and structure are prepared for migrating the store data into HP
                      TRIM. ODOE and THPRD are ready, and Beaverton is in process. The Support Desk
                      is tracking and resolving questions.
