" The high quality and quantity of the feedback we've received through (CRS) exit interviews has been instrumental in all aspects of workforce planning, the interview process, training and retention.  Prior to outsourcing to CRS, I conducted the exit interviews myself, and after reviewing CRS's interviews, I realize how much information we were missing by doing them in-house .  Former employees seem to be much more comfortable and forthcoming with information.  The quality of information we now receive is very good and presented without biases or filters .  Additionally, the staff at CRS is quick to respond to last minute requests and extremely flexible.  Using the data CRS provides, we have modified our training programs, adjusted the profiles for successful managers, elaborated on key points during the interview process and made numerous personnel decisions.  We are very happy with our decision to outsource exit interviews to CRS.“ Jennifer Frogge, Director of HR
