Good for people who don’t use mail often or a lot, and who don’t get sent / send many photos or big documents.What is it? A web-based e-mail service – it doesn’t work like Outlook.How much? FREEWhat else do I This is a free, basic service, without any protection or much mail space. Consider upgrading to Premium Mail if you useneed to know? mail a lot, and adding Net Protect to defend against online harm.What do I need You can use it with any internet connection, but it is really a starter mail option for people without a mail service included init with / to use it? their internet access – so for BT Broadband Classic and Basic customers.

An Outlook based e-mail service with space for up to 2,000 photos, 5 email addresses, and basic anti-virus protectionHow much? £1.50 / monthWhat else do I The Anti-virus protection is basic and not as effective as Net Protect, and does not defend against hackers and worms, soneed to know? consider adding Net Protect to increase your defence against online harm, especially if you are online a lot.What do I need BT Broadband Classic, Broadband Basic, and Narrowband Pay as you go customers don’t have Premium Mail and will benefitit with / to use it? from the service.

A state of the art way to defend yourself against computer viruses and other on-line threats like hackers and worms.Who is it for? Anyone who is online, but especially people who are online a lot, like broadband customers, who are therefore more at risk.What is it? An automatically updated service that spots and stops malicious programmes hidden in material sent to you, and also stops people and computers getting access to your PC from the internet.How much? £3.50 / MonthWhat else do I A lot of people think they have anti-virus protection in the package they bought with their PC. However, in many casesneed to know? the inclusive packages are effective for 90 day trials only, and have long ceased to be an up to date protection against the new viruses, worms and hackers active every day. It’s also worth knowing that you can specify which sites people using your PC can use with Net Protect, stopping them from deliberately or accidentally visiting unsuitable sites.What do I need It works with all other products and services.it with / to use it?

People who want two full time voice connections from their broadband line, so home businesses, families who want another line for the children, or multiple occupancy households..What is it? An additional physical phone socket from your broadband line which has it’s own number and phone line.How much? Extra £6.50 a month, calls charged at BTT Option 2.What else do I Whereas Communicator allows you to use your PC as an extra phone on a broadband line when you want, Broadband Voice isneed to know? essentially a full-time second line that allows you to connect standard telephones without using your PC.What do I need Broadband.it with / to use it?
