Deficit Infrastructure details:
The following infrastructure is required keeping in view the present and
future needs.
1) Administrative block
2) Boys hostel
3) Student facilitation center
4) 1st floor for class rooms on Main block
5) 2nd floor for class rooms on UG Library block
6) Canteen
7) Toilets
Justification:
Administrative Block:
Presently we are having age old (300 Years) Dutch Building as Administrative
Block. It need to be changed as per the directions of the Narasapur Municipality.
Hence, it is necessary to construct a building for College office and Principal’s
chamber.
Student facilitates Center:
We are having Career guidance and Placement cell, Computer center, Women
Empower Cellr, JKC etc., in different places of our college and need to be provided
sufficient place to conduct all these important programmes effectively and
efficiently, a block is necessary to accommodate all these student support services.
Therefore, it is proposed to construct Student facilitates Center at centrally located
place of our college for effective functioning of the programmes.
9. 9
Boys Hostel:
There is no boys’ hostel in our college. It is a great demand from the nearby
villages and towns, long pending. Though students of socially and economically
backward students are interested to study in our premier institution Accredited by
NAAC twice with ‘A’ grade and recognized by UGC as college with Potential for
Excellence, students are not showing interest to get admission in our college.
Therefore, it is essential to construct a Boys hostel in the college premises to
provide facility to admit socially and economically backward students of nearby
towns and villages in our college.
Common Class Rooms, Seminar Hall and Girls waiting Hall:
It is proposed to construct some Class Rooms, Seminar Hall and Girls waiting
Hall to cater needs of the college in future to start new courses at UG and PG level
to suit local needs, on the ground floor of the Main block of our college.
Class Rooms and Staff rooms:
It is proposed to construct some Class rooms and Staff rooms for start new
courses at UG and PG level to suit local needs, on the first floor of the UG library
block of our college.
Canteen:
Presently we are running a Canteen in a shed. It is not located at convenient
place and not in good condition. Therefore it is not catering the services effectively
to the students and staff. The Institution is in proposal to provide subsidized food
facilities for day scholars who come from villages. Hence, there is need to construct
a canteen in the college premises in a suitable place, to provide hygienic food and
refreshments to the students and staff of our college.
Toilets:
Toilets in the college campus are not sufficient enough to maintain neatly due
to rush. To meet the need few more toilets are to be constructed in the college

campus to maintain hygienic.
