Open source的軟體在這個時代，並不是一個新的概念，有許多的各人或是團體願意付出時間與能力，提供電腦使用者有其他選擇，有的open source的軟體設計的比付費軟體還好，但是卻因為經濟無以維繼，導致開發中斷或是更新緩慢，既然是open source一般都會遵守CC的規章，收費的模式就很難成立,但是一個沒有獲利能力的個人或是團體，基本上就是等死，比誰的血bar比較長而已，最後還是會被KO的，所本篇文章主要是要探討，如何成功的經營公益型的NG（非政府組織），探討的對象就是Blender Foundation.
