3.  Liposuction is a technique that removes unwanted fat deposited in various
parts of the body like neck, upper

 This is similar to tumescent liposuction, but the only difference is that it

sound probe is inserted and moved back and forth
 Every area is treated multiple times with ultrasound energy to break down
the fat

8. Recovery Period
 Recovery time depends upon the area as well as degree of liposuction
performed
 It may take one day for minor liposuction and up to one week for
extensive liposuction

9. Care after Liposuction……….
 You’ll have to wear the compression garment for 24hours a day except
while showering for up to six weeks
 Follow the specific instructions given by your plastic surgeon while
showering
 If you undergo extensive liposuction, you will have drains to reduce
bruising. You need to take care of the drains as per your surgeon’s
instruction.
