1. 1. Brain & Memory
 2. 2.

From this primary relationship of vibration and consciousness existing on the highest level of manifestation flows the relation of these two on all the planes of manifestation flows the relation of these two on all the planes of manifestation down to the physical.

So that we find that wherever there is manifestation of consciousness there is vibration associated with it whether we are able to trace it or not.

 3. 3.

Not only are vibration and consciousness so intimately and indissolubly connected but there is specific relationship existing between each kind of vibration and the particular aspect of consciousness which it can give expression to, so that each kind of vibration is matched, as it were, by a corresponding state of consciousness.

This relation may be understood to a certain extent by considering its expression at the lowest level, namely, sensuous perception.

 4. 4.

Each particular vibration of light with a definite wavelength produces its corresponding color perception in consciousness.

Each particular vibration of sound produces perception of the corresponding note in consciousness.

 5. 5.

Particular states of consciousness can be brought about by initiating particular kinds of vibrations.

Not only can consciousness be affected by vibration, but consciousness by initiating particular vibrations can also influence matter and bring about changes in matter.

 6. 6.

The entire humanity stands erect at threshold of a new formation.

The theatre on the earth is ready.

Schopenhauer’s ‘die welt knoten’ (world knot) has opened up.

Plato’s allegorical cave would no longer be there.

 7. 7.

At present the tip of the iceberg is only visible.

The huge ‘unconscious’ on which the limited capacity conscious experience had been working so fat, has awakened up.

The human beings are conscious of unified oneness of human consciousness, cosmic consciousness and supracosmic consciousness.

 8. 8.

During emergency of a new race, six identifiable hierarchical levels are as under; the brainstem being, the limbic being, the cortical being, the supracortical being, the supracortical godhead and the supracortical autonomy.

The Great Chain of Being, it appears, has unfolded from a neurologist’s horizon.

 9. 9.

The brain and the universe are inseparable Whole.

Their communication is not only through the conventional peripheral end organs and nerves but also through the cortico-supracortical activity.

‘ The Dynamic Web of Supracortical Consciousness or Neurobiology, Neuroscience and Neuropsychology of Twenty-first Century’

 10. 10.

The human being has biologized many physical forces like gravity, electricity, etc. when the supracosmic consciousness is biologized at the level of limbic nuclei, there is Ananda.

The important limbic nuclei are strategically located in form of a triangle.

 11. 11.

The septal nuclei and two amygdalae nuclei constitute the Neurological Pleasure Traingle (NPT).

NPT is a new discovery.

The Essence of this universe is Consciousness.

Consciousness biologized at the level of limbic nuclei is Ananda.

 12. 12. BASIC NEUROANATOMY

There are two hemispherical discs, left and right, in the cerebral cortex.

Each disc is made up of an upper (supramodular) and a lower (modular) half, separated and united by the ‘gate’, the transcendental core.

At the ‘pith’ of the transcendental core, the events are represented by frequency, cycle/sec, space/time.

 13. 13.

Different ways of alignment and synchronization of the modular and supramodular cortices through the transcendental core, could offer an explanation for dreams, supracortical phenomena, Samadhi and supracortical creation.

 14. 14. Memory Development and Neurophysiology

Neural basis of changes in learning and memory.

Teyler and Fountain’s article deals with three ‘levels’ of memory – the synaptic level, the neuroanatomical level, and the cognitive level.

Considerable evidence supports the view that learning and memory depend on changes in synaptic functioning and connectivity.

 15. 15. Neuro-physiological changes during mental activity

Feelings

Painful

Neutral

Pleasurable.

Right knowledge

Direct contact

Cognition

Inference

Testimony

 16. 16.

Fancy

Creation of the mind.

Sleep

Memory.

 17. 17. Conscious vs. Subconscious – Logic vs. Imagination

" Self control doesn’t come from controlling our feelings but from feeling our feelings ."

Have you ever tried to change a habit, or become more self-motivated, only to find your subconscious mind resisting?

There is a basic law of the mind at work here: whenever your conscious and subconscious are in conflict, your subconscious invariably wins . This is called the law of conflict.

It can also be stated another way, whenever imagination and logic are in conflict, imagination usually wins .

 18. 18.

People usually try to change their habits through will power and/or self-discipline.

While they may convince themselves what the logical course of action is, they still imagine themselves doing what they subconsciously desire to do.

For example, smokers trying to quit still imagine the taste or smell of cigarettes, or dieters imagine how good junk food would taste – and then wonder why they backslide into old habits.

 19. 19.

Logic works with the conscious mind, but often not with the subconscious.

Controlled meditation or subconscious programming helps the subconscious.

Controlled meditation, also known as dynamic meditation, is a simple procedure that doesn’t cost anything or take too much effort, yet the result is compelling.

It combines autosuggestion and creative visualization in a very relaxed state of mind.

 20. 20.

What one needs to do is simply to get relaxed and visualize the desired traits or conditions as having been gained together with the contentment that goes along with them.

This is combined with affirmation or autosuggestion constructed in present tense.

Below are a few autosuggestions which have proved useful to others.

 21. 21.

We are in the beta state for most of our waking hours.

Our brain radiates these waves (13 cycles per second, often greatly higher) when we are thinking, reasoning or engaging in problem solving.

As our brain waves slow to between 8 and 13 cycles per second, we enter the alpha state of mind.

 22. 22.

The door between our conscious and subconscious mind is opened, and it becomes easier to access the memories and storage of new information.

This is also often referred as the meditative state, in which the mind and body become so relaxed.

We are also more suggestible in this state.

 23. 23.

Below the two conscious states are theta (between 4 to 8 cycles /sec), the dream state, and delta (below 4 cycles/sec), which is deep sleep or total unconsciousness.

We are actually familiar with these states since we must pass through theta on the way to and from delta.

Likewise, we must pass through alpha on the way to and from sleep.

When we are just going to sleep but not quite there yet, or just awakening but not yet awake, we are either in Alpha or theta.

 24. 24.

Six functions of the subconscious

As a memory bank (like a computer),

To regulate involuntary functions (heart, thinking, etc.),

As the seat of emotions,

As the seat of imagination,

To control habit, and

As a dynamo – directing energy that motivates us.

 25. 25.

Imagination is the language of the subconscious, and imagination always seems to win over will power.

A person knowing it is safe to fly still might not feel safe, and people who are afraid of the dark could be reacting to something being imagined.

Why does controlled meditation work?

There are six reasons that are also categorized as the Rules of The Mind as professed by the late Charles Tebbets, “ the grandmaster of hypnotheraphy .”:

 26. 26. POWER OF THE MIND

Your mind can create wonderful things for you -- if you know how to use that power and how to send the right messages to your subconscious.

Most people don't know how to do this.

Instead, you go through life never really using the power of your mind and subconscious mind.

Did you know that doctors now firmly believe that 75% of all sickness and disease start in the mind? 75-Percent! That's a very large amount.

Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve. -Napoleon Hill
 27. 27.

That means that 75% of all the people who are sick today -- are only sick because they did not know how to use the power of their mind and subconscious mind.

Doctors will even tell you that most sickness and disease are caused by stress - which starts in the mind.

Scientists have long said that we only use 10% of our mind power. 10-percent -- that's it.

 28. 28.

Think of going through life only spending 10-percent of your salary? Could you do it?

No! Yet you go through life only using 10% of the power of your mind.

That 10-percent is creating 75% of all sickness because we don't even know how to use it properly.

Now imagine if you just used 10% of our mind's power correctly? What would happen? What would happen if we learned to use 90% of our mind's power correctly? Imagine if we could properly direct our subconscious mind? The results would be astounding!

 29. 29.

Your mind is an incredible power -- but no one ever taught you how to use this power.

Throughout the entire life you have been taught how to do everything but no one ever taught you how to use your mind.

In this powerful course, you will learn how to harness, direct and instruct the your subconscious mind - and you will begin to utilize the full potential of your mind.

You will use the power of mind and subconscious mind to create the life you want.

 30. 30.

Napoleon Hill taught us that if we think properly we can grow rich.

But he wasn't just talking about financial gain.

He was talking about making our lives rich.

My Subconscious Mind Power course goes further than Napoleon Hill because it teaches you how to use your mind so that you continually know how to think and grow rich.

 31. 31.

In order to Create the things you want in life you must first take control of your mind.

It doesn't matter what else you do.

If you don't learn to work with your mind -- nothing else will work.

Many people very close to me ruin their lives because they don't want to use the power of their mind.

No matter what I tell them they refuse to take control of their mind.

 32. 32.

They refuse to work with it and use it to its full potential.

I have seen people struggle and then tell me "that's just the way life is. It was meant to be."

Let me make one thing clear:

NOTHING IS MEANT TO BE.

NOTHING IS WRITTEN.

YOU CREATE EVERYTHING.

YOU DO THIS WITH THE POWER OF YOUR MIND THAT YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE!

 33. 33.

If you truly want to learn how to develop the power of your mind and direct your subconscious mind to create the life you want, if you truly want to live at your full potential then you need to direct your subconscious mind to create what you want - not what you don't want...

 34. 34.

The longing for spiritual experience exists even in the most intelligent minds, because there is always a subconscious sense of insufficiency in the physical knowledge gained and of emptiness in one's knowledge of the self.

Prana is the bewildering source behind the amazing organizations and instincts of living creatures.

 35. 35.

With the first breakthrough in the discovery of prana, which is imminent now, the incredible behavior of the intellect that has persisted in ascribing the phenomenon of life and evolution to pure unpremeditated chance will at once become apparent.

There is a different spectrum of prana for each form of life, with modifications for each individual of that form.

 36. 36.

We know that the organic structures and their chemical compositions in every species of life vary from each other, and there are slight differences in the individuals of each species.

This is true of prana also.

Each distinct human personality reflects a distinct type of pranic spectrum.

No two spectrums are alike in every respect, just as there are no two personalities exactly similar.
