REHABILITATION

2. A six years old male
patient came to Department
of Pedodontics and
Preventive Dentistry,
GNIDSR with the chief
complaint of decayed teeth
in upper anterior region of
mouth.

3. Intra oral examination:
• 51, 61, 62,& 84 carious
• 54 ,64 & 74 missing due to extraction.
Intra oral periapical radiograph
showed
• No pulpal exposure of 51,61,62
• Pulpal exposure of 84.

4. Treatment plan:
 Light cure composite build up of 51, 61 & 62
 Nance’s palatal arch in upper arch
 Band & loop space maintainer at the place of extracted 74 in
lower arch.
 Pulpectomy of 84, followed by stainless steel crown.
