Habitat • Humid in their habitat • Tree roots grow out of soil • Height of trees are about 150 feet • Body was suited for the trees • Rains every 45 minutes • Live in lower canopy • Habitat suitable for them • Place is called Borneo , Sumatra • Live in Southwestern Asia • Borneo an island next to Sarawak
  4. 4. Food and Water • Eat lots of kind of fruit (insects eggs, and some little animals • Use hands to scoop up water • Also drink from rainwater • Eat with hands and feet • Eat leaves and tree bark • Eat 400 types of different fruit
  5. 5. Daily Behavior • Nap 4 hours a day • Move quietly to get their food • All of them learn to climb and play • Walk on ground sometimes • Travel high above the forest floor • Sleep at night • Make a nest everyday • Female and male sleep in different nests
