  • 1. Being a Project Leader is Easy!
    • Just watch this brief presentation to find out the simple things you need to do…
  • 2. 1. Look at the Project Calendar
    • Once you see that there is a project that you are interested in, contact one of your Pac Rim Chapter leaders to see if a Project Leader is needed.
    • You can choose a project on our Pac Rim calendar or one of your own.
  • 3. 2. Sign up as Project Leader
    • Contact your Pac Rim Chapter leaders to sign up as the leader.
    • Email and phone numbers are available on our chapter website
  • 4. 3. Coordinate emailing the members by contacting Chapter Leaders
    • Your chapter leaders will help you formulate an email invitation to members to sign-up for the project
    • You may assist in creating further emails to coordinate the project
  • 5. 4. Download the Chapter Leader Forms
    • Click on the link on this page titled: KidsKorpsProjectLeaderForms
    • This link will open up a pdf file
    • Save the pdf file on your computer.
  • 6. 5. Review the Project Leader forms
    • One of the most important forms is the Project Sign In Sheet
    • Bring the sign-in sheet to the project

    • Another important form is the Project Leader Report
    • Complete the Project Leader report after the project
  • 8. 6. Complete the Forms
    • On the day of the project, make sure that all members sign-in and sign-out
    • After the project is complete, fill out the Project Leader Report
  • 9. 7. Send Forms to Kids Korps Headquarters
    • Send the Sign-In Sheet and the Project Leader Report to Kids Korps HQs via fax, email, or snail mail:

  • 10. 8. Coordinate emailing a thank you to participating members
    • Your chapter leaders will help you formulate an email thank you to members for participating in the project.
