  • 15. Gentleness(Greek: chrestotes -- khray-stot-ace)• Moral goodness (goodness of heart)• Integrity• Kindness• Tender concern for others• Treat others gently, as the Lord treats believers 15
  • 16. Goodness( Greek: agathosune -- ag-ath-o-soo-nay)• Comes from agathos which means of good character that is pleasing to the Lord• Uprightness of heart and life• Spiritual excellence manifested in active kindness 16
  • 17. Faith(Greek: Pistis -- pis-tis )• Strong conviction or belief that Jesus is the Messiah, through whom we obtain eternal salvation in the kingdom of God• Belief with the predominate idea of trust and reliance on Christ 17
  • 18. Meekness(Greek: praotes -- prah-ot-ace )• Not just outward behavior• Submissive to the will of God• Disposition of having infinite resources with God in command 18
  • 19. Temperance(Greek: egkrateia --eng-krat-i-ah)• Self control• Virtue of one who masters his desires and passions, esp. his sensual appetites 19
