Select your Lot and home 2. Fill out a Reservation form 3. Submit it to Somara, Inc. our escrow company along with your deposit of $2,000 for a lot or $5,000 for a home. 4. You have up to 90 days to inspect the property and to proceed with the purchase. 5. Sign and return the sales contract

Somara charges $250 for the escrow services, if you should not proceed with the purchase, Somara will return the funds to you minus $250.00 service fee 8. If you should proceed with the purchase then the down payment balance is due. 9. If you have not visited the property, you are given one year to inspect it and to cancel the purchase. 10. You will get your money back, minus Home Owners Association Fees and whatever interest expenses that you may have incurred. 11.If you have received Bank financing, then we will take over your Bank note Title Insurance We use Chicago Title for our title needs but you as the client have the option to pick any title company. Because in Costa Rica the line of title is rather short, we advise you that you hire an attorney to do the title search to insure that there are no impediments on the property title.
