    • 學習 觀察 詢問 嘗試角色扮演實行:確定參與者有聚精會神在設計問題裡並且指定那些角色給每⼀一個團對裡的成員。理由:藉著實際經歷真實活動或者是想像出來的背景,使得團對能激發出對現實生活中使用者的同理心並且能提出其他具有意義的議題。為了設計醫療設備,IDEO團隊扮演了使用情境裡的人包含醫生、護士、病人以及麻醉師,去模擬出手術室人員們相互依賴的完成任務。

    • National Taiwan University ofScience and Technology /Department of Industrial andCommercial Design2011 NSC DESIDNiCAN ProjectDesign Process / 訪談內容統整 整理出與使用者訪談的內容,分析設計 1. 使用此溝通學習版的優點、缺點 2. 現優溝通板的缺點、優點 案的可行性進行發展。 優點: 優點: @小朋友一開始手部訓練不協調,所以媽媽會用筆記型電腦的觸控版還教導孩子 @訓練小孩對物品的認知、造出句子的能力、貼紙可重複撕下 所以覺得改變成觸碰面板的話會很不錯,可以訓練小孩手部協調。 缺點: @不會再有貼紙、溝通卡、配件…容易不見的問題 @太重、太厚3~4CM、難攜帶、不好拿、帶出門太麻煩因為要找很久 @解決貼紙亂貼的問題 @還要帶一本貼紙簿、很難找到想要的圖卡、沒有的圖卡還要自己錄音 @需要想要的圖卡不用找半天,若有這樣的軟體分類會比較好找 @圖卡容易不見、溝通板配件容易遺失 @最需要的就是教導造句能力 @小朋友會把圖卡貼紙亂貼,綠色都全部貼一起 * 使用者的肯定: @老師、父母容易教學生,因為所需要教學內容都在裏頭很方便 @可以掃描自己想要的實體故事書和拍照功能不錯,因為小孩很需要認識實體 @難操作,用幾次就不用了,一度懷疑很沮喪自己是不是沒耐心還是不會教。 物,因為他們不相信圖片上的東西與真實的一樣,所以會希望卡通圖片能夠與實 體物做切換。 3. 甚麼情況下會使用溝通板 教導小朋友學習認識物品 與 造句溝通 缺點與改進: 1.可訓練小孩手指肌肉發展。 @有背帶、背包,更輕薄更好 @如果可有小型攜帶式的會不錯,如果侷限於只要溝通的話。 4. 除了溝通板還有甚麼學習方式訓練小朋友 算數、寫字、玩積木遊戲、畫畫、圖卡、認識物品…等等 2.不會再有圖卡容易不見的問題。 建議: 能夠有不同年齡層的套裝版本: 學齡前1~4歲 學齡後:5~8歲 5. 小孩的症狀: 沒有辦法明確表達自己的需求,語言發展上不健全 產品需要指揮控制孩子,而不是像現有產品孩子控制產品 講話不清楚、有些症狀不同語言會一直重複 3.解決貼紙亂貼的問題。 溝通圖- *不同種類的溝通圖用不同顏色的邊框標示,小孩對顏色記憶很強烈 可是並不是所有自閉症患者症狀都一致,不過有溝通板的需求是需要的。 有些更重度的自閉症患者,因器官上的缺陷連語言都沒辦法溝通,所以只好用 *有分類最好-溝通篇、學習篇、吃飯篇、心情篇、外出篇、團體篇、家庭篇 比的… 4.需要的圖卡不用找半天。 ..等等,最好都是圖像表示+文字+語音,然後螢幕下排可以造字,上排分類 (EX.你是哭還是高興,3選1) 6.媽媽與老師的話: *能夠真實圖片與插圖切換 會比較好 很少數的人在關心這部分需要關心的族群,為何都沒人使用好用的溝通板,現 5.最需要的就是教導造句能力。 *需要可以錄音的功能 有溝通板買來只是增加自己的負擔,因為難操作使用,但都沒人注意到也沒去 改良。 遊戲- 父母希望與孩子之間能藉由溝通板的學習互動來讓自己的小孩未來能夠順利開 6.容易教、方便許多。 *可以有動物園、超市、廚房、蔬菜水果、的空白形狀拼圖,然後拼上去形狀可 以唸出聲音 口說話,與他人溝通,訓練句子的能力很重要,若能在整合些附加功能會更 好。 久了也知道東西要放哪,例如毛巾就要掛牆上。 *不需要養寵物遊戲,因為小朋友認知性還不夠,自己都無法照顧了,欠缺建立 小朋友需要了解學習的: 基礎知識 認知學習、顏色與形狀、認識物品、語言溝通句子的概念 *可以放些認知性的小遊戲EX.顏色、形狀、拼圖、迷宮、連連看 *小朋友答對答東西或破關,能夠有小雞的圖案或動畫等回饋的獎勵東西 小朋友的特性: 對電腦教興趣,而且學習快,因為覺得他們對圖像動畫的認知很強,會去學習 圖像的動作。 電子書: 不太會組裝句子,只會講出物品名詞。 翻越方式: 可以同時用手指滑動以及箭頭。 老師教的時候就會乖乖的,父母教時就會很頑皮,希望這個產品的功能可以吸 能夠自動講故事內容。 引他。

    • LATEST INTERVIEW• 然後我們要測試他,他到底記得多少同學的名字?會讓小宇寫出來。• TURN OBJECT OBSESSION INTO HUMAN INTERACTION - REAL FACEBOOK• 我以前用那些東西都是失敗,因為對他來講他覺得不重要,專注力就不夠。有時候像ACC他把它當玩具,所以學校老師都會罵家長沒有認真教。但ican比較不⼀一樣的是,我在教的時候他眼睛在看,耳朵是在聽的。所以我教的過程比較順,然後我走開的時候,我說你自己去讀書,他就會去找常用句子,他會自己乖乖的壓下去。
    • • 因為它會反覆,那我就不用像以前那樣,⼀一直坐在他旁邊,教的很累。然後他也很累,他會覺得我很煩,會叫我走開。• 因為ican它終究是平面,如果它裡面結合動態錄影。譬如是動詞• 我拍我的杯子,他就不接受,他記不得。然後我去拍他自己的杯子,他就記得那是杯子

Current solutions are heavy communication books where numerous pictures stored in order to prepare their oral presentation skills. With clear interface, easy operations, and lightweight, iCan integrates sounds, figures, words to smoothen the learning process for autistic children. Its functions include the help to pronounce words correctly, to structure sentences, and to collect personal database for figures. Through the aid of iCan, hopefully autistic children can learn basic oral communicational skills.
