  • 17% INCREASE IN CONSULTATIONS AND 13% INCEASE IN DISCHARGES AND 2% DECREASE IN TRANSFER OUT CASES.
  • ADMISSIONS INCRESASED, MAJORITY IN HOT WINTER,INCREASE DUE TO AVAILABILITY OF CWG BEDS 4
  • INCREASE IN ADMISSION RAYE BY 16%
  • INCREASE IN DISCHARGE 25%
  • INCREASE IN ADMISSIONS AND DISCHARGES BY 25% 26% RESPECTIVELY..DEATH A\\SAME
  • NEED OF ORTHO REGISTRY TO MONITER THE DETAILS.
  • Need the help of trauma surgeons to decrease the tranfer out of these patients..
  • CHECK WITH CRITICAL CARE ADMISSIONS, START OF HD ICU, CRITICAL CARE TEAM..
  • INCREASED LOAD SO EITHER TO INCREASE THE OPD ROOMS/OPD TIMINGS/
  • PERCENTGE OF NEW CASES-overall increase, of 25% and old registration with 6% increase nd new reg with increase of 14%
  • INCREASE OF POP PROCEDURES BECAUSE OF INCREASE OF DISCHARGES FROM ED IN GREEN AREA, WE NEED QUALIFIED TRAINED PLASTER TECHNISIONS
  • ADDITIONAL CWG O.T
  • INCLUDES ROUTINE FIXATATION PROCEDURES AND EMERGENCY FIXATERS/C CLAMPS..
  • Majority of the load had been shared with the trauma surgeons so our compound fracture procedures had decreasedlats yearIf debridement and definitive fixation is considered as emergency similar to decompression and laprotomy the incidence of definitive fixation can increase in developing years.
  • Low incidence of fractures last year we had the relatively low in distal humerus..
  • Introduction of cwgo.t the procedures had increased in the last academic year..especially the implant removal. Also we had started the use of platelet rich plasma precipitate in different pathologies as a pilot study in last year.
  • Technological problems in nov and dec the incidence decreased.
  • LOAD TO ROUTINE THEATRE HAD DECREASED LAST YEAR…FRACTURE FIXATION WHICH DOESN’T NEED C ARM IMAGING,
