Olden days, people believed that Magnets have some unknown, secret, invisible, unexplained, hidden power
Cleopatra, the Princess of Egypt, wore small magnet for retaining her beauty and youth
Up to the last of 15 th Century, generally peoples know that Magnets have two poles, one is North and other is south
In 16 th Century, one Swiss Scientist, claimed the healing power of the magnets
British Scientist Dr. William Gilbert started the scientific studies of Magnet and their properties

Magnet therapy came in existence and practiced , after exploration of magnetic power by the Father of Homoeopathy Dr. Samuel Hahnemann

How to use magnets for treatment ?
Generally 10 Centimeter x 1.5 Cm circular magnets are used ,
Gauss Power should be at least 2000 and more, when use under Hand or Sole, these are High power magnets
Below 1000 GP are used on Abdomen, Spine, joints, these are Low Power magnets
5 to 50 GP are used in Acupuncture points and in Necklace, these are very safe and dose no harm

Duration of treatment
High power magnets should be not used for a long period, only 5 to 10 minutes are sufficient
Low power magnets should be used 10 to 15 minutes
Smaller magnets can be used for one hour to several hours, say 12 hours according to the complaints

Adverse Effects of Magnets
Although, adverse effects of Magnets, are seen very rare and dose no any serious harm or injury, to body parts
If any body feels, any kind of adverse effects or harm, after use of Magnets, he should touch ZINC metal Plate
ZINC metal plate, is a very strong antidote, of the adverse action of Magnet, it acts immediately and nullify, the bad effects, as soon as, ZINC is touched

Use of Magnets

Avoid and should not use
Those who have any implantation like pace maker, steel rods or structure, insulin pumps and other artificial metallic or electronic subject, they should avoid the exposure of magnets, the exposure may harm them
Magnets should be kept away from the vital organs like Brain, Heart
Exposure of magnets should be minimum, say one or 2 minutes on Kidney, Liver and other parts

My experience
I prescribe magnets to my patients in painful conditions like Arthritis, joints pain, cramps, muscular spasms
I prescribe magnetic necklace to wear for half to one hour in Cervical spondylitis problems
I prescribe to intake both poles magnetic water, at least one Liter daily in any disease condition
I prefer to keep North pole under Right hand and South Pole under Left hand or crossed like North Pole under Right Hand and Left Foot under South Pole or Left hand under South Pole and Right Foot under North Pole, for safe use of magnets
