Prakruti Charecteristics
Based on, long lasting observations, since centuries, Ayurvedicians established the charecteristics of three constitutional temperaments

Temperaments
Nervous temperament is equal to Vatik
Bilious temeperament is equal to Paittik
Phlagmetic temperament is equal to Kaphik

Mixed Temperaments
When two or three temperaments mixes eachother
Temperament establishes according to their mixing intensities
Signs are changes accordingly
Some sign may be high or low

Vatik: Dusky dry
Paittik: Pale
Kaphik: Glossy

Skin
Vatik : Dry-tough
Paittik : Thin, wrinkled, soft
Kaphik : Tight, thick, soft, smooth
