It its about people – that affects clients and that means their agency <ul><li>We have to be aware of what people are doing to clients </li></ul><ul><li>Tell the client </li></ul><ul><li>Offer solutions </li></ul><ul><li>Provide competitive advantage </li></ul><ul><li>And – be honest – increase fee income. </li></ul>
