    The new business model you and your team are about to deploy is a very exciting one as it allows you to increase revenue, drive out costs, and service your customers even better. In order for me to demonstrate the messaging and positioning of these exciting benefits I am going to do a little role playing: I will be a solution provider who is meeting with an existing customer to discuss why I am moving all my clients to this great opportunity and model. For demonstration purposes I will call my customer Bob: [In Bob’s office] Bob, thanks for taking the time to see me today. As you know the reason for my visit is that I would like to talk about and demonstrate our new service model that we are launching to all our customers. The reason why I will putting all my all my customers on this program is because of the power and value it brings to the both of us. This model of delivering my service allows my company to monitor, manage and automate a lot of the manual tasks involved with managing your network. Bob, this ultimately benefits your company because we can now deliver more uptime, a higher level of security and offer better ways to financially manage your IT costs. The key features of this service model is that we can now monitor your network 24x7. As a result, not only do we have full-time eyes watching your network, but my IT staff are better utilized and provide you with much better service. In addition, As a result, our clients are presented with more comprehensive and reliable service delivery. Ultimately, this process will reduce your total cost of ownership for managing your network. What I would like to do now Bob is to show you the technology that allows us to service you better.
