Liscum McCormack VanVoorhis Completed in 2000, in coordination with Peter Smith Architecture of Newburgh, this adaptive re-use project transformed a deteriorating dairy -warehouse structure into a community center for student recreation and community group access in the heart of the Heights District.

  • 13. Liscum McCormack VanVoorhis New Residence Hall In 1999, we completed the evaluation of student life facilities on campus and initiated the design of the first new Residence Hall for Mount St. Mary College. Early Concept Elevation

Accommodating 260 students, this facility anchors the College’s residence life program and is an asset to the City landscape with its detailed masonry façade and grand gabled roof.
