  2. 2. Have you asked yourself these questions?  Do you have a measurement system to determine your desirability in the marketplace?  Are you in demand with your current skill sets?  Do you know if your skills are in a downward trend or on the way UP?  Is your chosen industry trending up or is it in decline?  Do you know your competition?  Are you properly using online tools to help you plot your career path?  Are you leveraging online social networks to brand yourself?
  3. 3. Sandy Schadler  I am a successful leader with a 20 year career in Advertising and Marketing.  The past 13 years I have been focused in Digital.  My career has been focused on building brands online for Fortune 100 companies.  I develop and train teams of traditional advertisers & marketers in the digital space and how to harness it to build brands.  I have 4 beautiful children (13, 10, 3, 3) and a gorgeous, incredibly supportive husband.  I am a voracious reader, writer, and movie buff who loves to spend my precious little free time with my family and volunteering with my church.
  4. 4. Collin LaLonde  I own a successful search firm.  I am a career strategist/coach/headhunter all wrapped up in one.  I do lecture's/trainings concerning career development and educating the power of the digital world and how to harness it.  My focus in recruiting has been Advertising and Marketing.  I place 360 talent working primarily in the digital space placing talent with top interactive boutiques and agencies.  I have 4 beautiful children and a wife I have been married to for 18 years.  I love to work out, spend time with my family, and give my time to charitable organizations.
  5. 5. Our Collective Experience is Inside & Outside the Hiring Process  He recruits and she interviews to hire.  Concerned with the economic impact to the Detroit job market.  There are too many people in need and not enough positions available.  We both are contacted by candidates who have only a traditional resume and no relevant skill sets OR they have the skill sets but do not know how to brand themselves to stand out.  Social Networks are still very new to most people and they have no training support.  We decided we not only could help, but need to help.
