Our Collective Experience is Inside & Outside the Hiring Process  He recruits and she interviews to hire.  Concerned with the economic impact to the Detroit job market.  There are too many people in need and not enough positions available.  We both are contacted by candidates who have only a traditional resume and no relevant skill sets OR they have the skill sets but do not know how to brand themselves to stand out.  Social Networks are still very new to most people and they have no training support.  We decided we not only could help, but need to help.
