  • 2. IntroductionIn this presentation I would like to share with allof the team the individual assignment.expectations, frustrations, interest ,challengeand insights from the course and the teamwork/process through using De Bono six hats.
  • 3.  What hat color is most comfortable for you?Answer: Black & White• The White Hat calls for information known or needed. "The facts, just the facts."• The Black Hat is judgment - the devils advocate or why something may not work. Spot the difficulties and dangers; where things might go wrong. Probably the most powerful and useful of the Hats but a problem if overused.
  • 4.  What is the least comfortable for you?Answer: Red hatThe Red Hat signifies feelings, hunches andintuition. When using this hat you can expressemotions and feelings and share fears, likes,dislikes, loves, and hates.

Why did I decided to share the individual assignment with you?• To let you know how I feel and what I think [That what friends are for, isn’t it ?]• To experiment the tool [six hats]• To evaluate as a team the effectiveness of the tool [your feedback is most welcome]• …hope it will improve our work [process and outcome]

Criticizing the venture lab system format for team communication• Every morning I check my mailWhere to reply/respond ?• for example: i reply through my e-mail as a reply to one of the e-mails i received [from whom?] and after posting i am not sure to where in the "conversation" it will appear.• Am i totally wrong ? or it is only my problem?
  • 14. Did you received it ?• It was sent directly from my e-mail and only after I realize that it dosn’t appear in conversation box .
