Words That Work<br />When you are developing content for the web, please keep in mind that we want it to be search engine optimized. Think about the terms/words that would drive people to the Nuuko site. Sample terms:<br />
What Do I Write About<br />Write what your desired audiences want to learn about. You’ll know these topics from listening. Listen on Twitter. Monitor industry leaders, prospects, and niche networks where your prospective industry hangs out online.<br />Search these topics on the following channels to see what’s popular right now in those areas: <br />LinkedinAnswers<br />Social Bookmark Sites like DIGG, Reddit, Delicious<br />Tweetmeme lets you see what topics are tweeted about the most on a variety of channels<br />It’s Trending is a great site to find out what’s being shared the most on Facebook. <br />

The first step in social media is learning to listen before you speak.<br />Take a week or two and really hone in on who is talking, various angles on the topic content wise, who drives conversation, who is the brand activist, who is the influencer. <br />Take notes, share your ideas and listening findings with your fellow ESEs<br />Tools to help listen:<br />Google Alerts<br />Radian6<br />TweetDeck to search for whose talking about certain topics<br />Use LinkedIn aggressively to prepare for the understanding of who your prospects are.<br />Cultivate Leads<br />
