This presentation is intended for people unfamiliar with Google and Google Forms. It is not intended for "power users."

This is a very basic introduction. Upon receiving positive feedback, I may decide to do a more detailed/advanced presentation that delves more deeply into using Google Docs (or other Google products) within a classroom setting.

Using Google Forms for Classroom Quizzes

  1. 1. Classroom Quizzes with Google Forms Create simple, stylish online quizzes with instant feedback
  2. 2. This is for you if: You want to use more technology in your classroom You want to simplify how you give assignments You want to create quizzes that are engaging and fun You have access to at least one student computer
  3. 3. What you will need: Computer with a working Internet connection A copy of a current quiz that you would like to turn into an online quiz 60 minutes

  7. 7. Once you finish making the form... Highlight and copy the link at the very bottom Click save in the top right corner Give students the link (you can also try a URL shortener such as tinyurl.com if you're brave) When you go back to your Google Docs page, you will see the spreadsheet that has the same title as your form (click it to open up the results from your quiz) Check the speaker notes for more
