This eye-catching timepiece, constructed by Professor Bernard Gitton, is located in the central hall or plaza, and is the only one of its kind in the Gulf. It stands at 5.5 m high.

Kuwait Towers are the most important landmark of Kuwait. They are the symbol of our culture and civilization. They were built in 1979. They lie on Arabian Gulf Road. Kuwait Towers are used as water reservoirs and an entertainment place.
The biggest tower is about 187 meters tall. It contains two spheres. The first one has a cafeteria and 3 restaurants. The second one has one million gallons of water.

Liberation Tower: Liberation Tower is located in Kuwait City. It was opened on the 15th of March 1996. It is 21,000 square meters. The communication’s tower is the most important part of it.
The height of the tower is 372m, and that makes it the 4th highest tower in the world, coming after towers in Canada, Russia and Germany.
The construction of the tower started in April 1987 and stopped because of the Iraqi invasion After liberation, construction was resumed and the tower was officially opened on the 10 th March 1996.
