What Muscles Should I Work? <ul><li>Alternate ‘push muscles’ to ‘pull muscles,’ working ‘bigger muscles’ to ‘smaller muscles’ </li></ul><ul><ul><li>THE ORDER: </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Chest (Big Push-Muscles) </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Back (Big Pull-Muscles) </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Shoulders (Small Push-Muscles) </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Biceps (Small Pull-Muscles) </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Triceps (Small Push-Muscles) </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>WHY: </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Ex: When you do the flat-bench, you use all the push muscles (the chest, shoulders and triceps) </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><ul><li>So if you worked the triceps first THEN went to do the flat bench for the chest, you would have no ‘tricep-strength’ to do the flat bench </li></ul></ul></ul></ul>
