    Hello,

    I would like to know if you received my e-mail from ICANN regarding a waiting list for Associated Members for the City-Top-Level-Domain-Constituency. I operate a website at www.southland.la along with 200+ Dot-LA city domains under Southland (a.k.a. Los Angeles Metropolitan Area) and other domains, e.g. www.websites.la, www.coupons.la, www.yp.la, and www.southland.la/forums where I’ve been trying to get the word out in LA regarding the introduction of Dot-City TLDs. As you know, Dot-LA is a ccTLD licensed and marketed for residents/businesses in Los Angeles, California, by LA Names Corporation from the Country of Laos. I would like to join as an Associated Member when that opportunity presents itself. Also, are you trying to encourage the owners of LA Names Corporation to joing your group? I hope so as I believe they could provide some learning lessons having operated a registry for City domains since 2003.
