  • 2. Christmas facts
    it is on 25th December
    we believe baby Jesus was born on the 25th December in Bethlehem, this is why we celebrate it on the 25th december
    Santa comes the night before with his 9 reindeer.. Dasher, dancer, Prancer, vixen, comet, cupid, donner, blitzen and Rudolph (who has a red nose)
    We always leave santa a glass of milk and a mince pie for santa.. And a carrot for the reindeer
  • 3. More christmas facts
    There is Mistle toe, which if two people are under it, they have to kiss
    The most famous Christmas tree in England is in London, it was given to us by the people of Norway
    We decorate our christmas trees with baubles, tinsel, fairy lights, and usually a star or angel on the very top
    A Christmas would not be an english Christmas without the christmas coco-cola advert
  • 4. Christmas dinner
    Traditionally family and friends meet up for a nice Christmas lunch
    There is always turkey, along with roast potatoes, new potatoes, pigs in blankets, stuffing, vegetables and gravy and cranberry sauce :D yum yum yum
    For dessert the favourite is a traditional christmas pudding, and mince pies

    • We have a song about christmas which talks of 12 days, starts on christmas day, finishes 5th January

  • Rudolph!
    • He is a red nosed reindeer
    • 19. He is the most special out of all of Santa’s reindeer, he has a song
    • 20. Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer had a very shiny nose. And if you ever saw him, you would even say it glows. All of the other reindeer used to laugh and call him names. They never let poor Rudolph join in any reindeer games. Then one foggy Christmas Eve Santa came to say: "Rudolph with your nose so bright, won't you guide my sleigh tonight?" Then all the reindeer loved him as they shouted out with glee, Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, you'll go down in history!
