  7. 7. for transparency and openness
  8. 8. for better policy making
  9. 9. for convening communities
  10. 10. for sharing and collaboration
  11. 11. but tools are not enough…
  12. 12. is it the medium?
  13. 13. or the man?
  14. 14. solution: leaders that lead and engage
  15. 15. is it the medium?
