  • Facebook makes business pages very hard to have a big following without paid advertisements.
  • Take pictures to relate to customers by being more personal.
  • To capture attention
  • Target their followers too.The arrows are showing the steps we’re taking to reach a profile in the same industry, and also how people find you you use #hashtags.
  • Holidays, current events, causes, weather, etc
  • Especially facebook since it integrates so nicely

  • Pinpoint your audience Target viewers by geography, demographic criteria or topic to make sure your pre-roll ads reach the right audience and get the attention they deserve. Actionable features to drive results Leverage the interactivity of online video with click-through URLs on your pre-roll ads to drive traffic and viewers to your website or brand channel. Flexible pricing to suit your needs Choose from various auction and reserved pricing models—by impression, video view, or day—to pay the price that best fits your budget or objectives. Features Before, during or after a YouTube video Pre-roll ads are available as pre-, mid- and post-rolls, in 15, 30,or 60 seconds or longer, perfect when you want to re-create the TV advertising experience within online video. Re-engage viewers with remarketing Once your ad has run, you can increase its impact by re-engaging viewers with follow-up ads on YouTube and on millions of websites in the Google Display Network using remarketing.
  • Notes: Tumblr is blogging evolved. Allows users to create a media-rich, dynamic, fully customizable domain to present a company’s personality and culture. Not a blog in the traditional sense because it focuses on self-expression, helping a company to build its brand on a deeper level. While some blogging communities have strong followings, tools such as Follow, Like and Reblog create an environment that gives your content more opportunity to spread to other users.
  • To that end, Tumblr doesn’t necessarily work with every brand. Social media can have a very “here today, gone tomorrow” lifespan. The Tumblr sites that are successful tend to employ a little attitude and edginess to their content. They also fill a specific niche and maintain a particular creative philosophy
  • Consider the numbers. There are more than 117 million active blogs on Tumblr, consisting of more than 53 billion blog posts. Every day, users are putting up about 73 million posts. Nearly half of the traffic is U.S. residents, typically between 18 to 34 years old. That’s a large pool of blogs to stand out from. But to get noticed and keep people coming back, you need to decide what you want your site to present.
  • Some of the more popular Tumblr blogs for businesses include instructional blogs, which lend themselves to lots of video use. If it makes sense for your business, you’ll want to include as much multimedia as possible to keep your blog visually dynamic. Remember your key audience – younger people using social media want visuals. They want pictures and videos. They want to be informed AND entertained, so don’t be afraid to show a little personality and attitude with your posts.
  • Be sure to add tags to your posts so your viewers can easily search for them. It also helps with SEO. Use the ‘Reblog’ tool to post someone else’s blog on yours if it fits your strategy, or to post your blogs between different accounts you manage. End some of your posts with a question, activating the option to share it with the Tumblr community as a whole and generate feedback. Add Tumblr buttons on your company website to allow visitors to ‘Follow’ your blog posts, or ‘Share’ your website on their own Tumblr.
