OBJECTIVE The objective of Wellness U is to form the nucleus for a movement toward wellness, a social network of support and empowerment that accompanies the lifestyle program that is at the very core of AWAREmed Institute. Lifestyle 101’s objective is to coach each participant as they work toward their own goals, set during each facet of the program.
