  3. 3. Where do we begin? If the dog is behaving in an undesirable way we are compelled to stop it.
  4. 4. Is it learnt or a natural behaviour
  5. 5. What stage of learning? <ul><li>Classically conditioned </li></ul><ul><li>Instrumental learning </li></ul>
  6. 6. Practice makes perfect
  7. 7. Same applies to undesirable behaviours
  8. 8. Avoid or reduce the intensity in which the behaviour is shown
  9. 9. Remove the stressful/frightening stimuli
