  • 1. WHAT INSPIRES MY LIFE? Dr.T.V.Rao MDLife is a strange phenomenon; many of us complete this cycle of life without knowing the importance of our presence in the complex world. Life, If we look deep nothing is consistent I have moved in life with the winds of change as per the demands of my life, and many times with personal temperaments to survive, I learnt to love my life, it’s taken me years to get here...but I'm pretty content and find that I'm drawn to an inspired life of creativity, learning, living and loving. My life's story weaves itself in and out of happiness, contentment, struggles, laughter, hardships, sadness, losses, gains, friends and family. What I know now, is that my life's story has made me who I am and I have been inspired by it and hope to be an inspiration to others. Many who are with me in many challenges of life motivate my Inspired Life. I always wished that we should do well in our job which made me to be successful and even cause of conflicts in profession lead to change of jobs, it is fine no repentance every new job taught me a new lesion which I would not have learnt if I have not changed place of work, In life we find wonderful people who are more helpful to us than by yourself, My life experience teaches, in this world no one is perfect. Everybody have his or her own positives and Negatives. I take the positives of each person I find them as an inspiration to me. I am highly inspired by my ability to not to give up of getting up and backing again to try so that there is no regret that I never failed to try. So one should always be inspired from his own failures and success periods and never forget that no one can be more inspiring than you. My main inspiration is my failure and success in each step of my life. Failure teaches me what not to do or repeat the same mistake and success teaches me how to do much better way to achieve anything. By success I mean to say small steps to archive towards my goal and dream. In every one’s life, TIME is money and respecting the TIME makes one successful, cherish our time. Try to spend your free time doing things that you enjoy doing, rather than wasting time. For example, rather than spending your weekends watching television, gossiping without purpose, spends them partaking in your hobbies or spending time with loved ones. Never forget to appreciate the present it is the real gift of the God, Enjoy the present moment. If you are constantly dwelling on the past or daydreaming about the future, you are missing out on the present moment. Remember that the past and the future are simply illusions, and that real life takes place here and now. Start paying attention to negative thoughts so that you can learn to silence them and enjoy the present moment. If a negative thought arises in your head, then acknowledge it, label it a negative thought, and then let it fade away. Get in the habit of paying attention to the small details around you. Appreciate the feeling of little child playing around you, the sensation of your feet walking on the ground, or the artwork in the restaurant you are eating in. Noticing things like these will help you silence a rambling mind and appreciate every moment, we all know many times we are surrounded by negative thinking people, get away, if not possible change the direction of your mind on little beautiful thing surround you. Count your blessings. No matter how much you achieve in life, you will always feel unhappy if you constantly focus on what you don't have. Instead, devote time every day to appreciating the things you do have. Think beyond material items; appreciate your loved ones, and remember happy memories
  • 2. No one succeeds alone. Ask for help. Be specific when asking. Be graceful and grateful when help comes. Surround yourself with positive people and you'll have a positive outcome. Embrace diversity. The best way to compensate for your own weaknesses is to pick colleagues who have different strengths. Working with difficult personalities will be a part of every job. Be respectful, do your job well, and nine times out of 10 that person will move on. As a teacher I feel and comfortable when Ithink Iam only senior student to move the world forward that alone made my little success, so I move on …I believe TIME continues to be my guide and GOD which can change my destiny. Realize that you are not going to achieve all you set out to do. Remember, "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans". Go with the flow that is what life has taught me.
