  1. 1. HOW TO LOVE OUR WORK Dr.T.V.Rao MDVery few think and know the importance of the job we have been assigned, and life goes, many are satisfied with economic equations, some happy with power and cult they created in the atmosphere, and rarely fit to the responsibility, which the system needs. For me life made me to realise we are happy when we do some thing different from many around us, it is not just creating image of oneself and making many things which may have missed in the past. The question isn’t what do you feel, but what do you want? Honestly, don’t you envy, just a little, the people that actually love what they do and look forward to each day? For them, work isn’t monotonous – it’s fun! Why? Because they decide it’s going to be that way. Before you can enjoy your job, you have to figure out what "enjoyment" means to you. Doing that will not only help you enjoy your job, but it will help you more fully enjoy life in general. If you think deeply every part of your life and job is not disinteresting certainly there are certainly few elevators of our moods and attitudes, match up with some of the things you listed that make you happy. It took many decades for me to realize we alone create our destiny, many times we blame others, unfortunately it becomes a habitAND do not realize and correct the mistakes, which they make often. It is often better to make the Commitment: The goal we have set is to enjoy our job. To do that, we have to be determine that we are going to make a positive psychological change. Do not believe that just because you've done the prework things will magically change for you. This will require a constant examination on your part of your attitudes and behaviors. When you have a 15-minute break or a 30-minute lunch, use that time to do the things that you enjoy doing. This is not the time to gather around with co-workers and gossip. If that's part of the culture, you need to distance yourself from it - it's hurting you. Maybe find someone that likes to walk and walk with them; talk about pleasant things. During break, associate with positive people
  2. 2. instead of negative people. People fuel each other with their attitudes. Your objective is to increase the positive and decrease the negative. When you constantly hear people expressing negative views, your negative views will increase. Likewise, when you're with positive people, your positive views will increase.Remember that life is short. When you feel pessimism clouding your judgment or you start to feel down about the future, remind yourself that every minute counts. Any time spent brooding guarantees nothing but less time to enjoy whatever life might have to offer. At its core, pessimism is impractical because it causes you to spend time dwelling on things that haven't happened yet and aren't guaranteed to happen. It also prevents you from getting things done. Pessimism breeds indecision. It's a waste of time, and time is a limited resource that you can't afford to take for granted.Do not worry about the past or future. Remember that the past is history, the future is a mystery, and that today is a gift... that is why it's called the present!Learn to be happy and share love with your close friends. Don't make every situation into something that ends badly or is not going to have a good outcome. That is definitely one way to lose friends and push away family, while straining your life. Always look happy Studies have shown that putting a cheerful smile on your face can actually make you feel happier and more optimistic about the present and future. They can also get you more 'return smiles' than a frown. Have you ever heard of the expression, 'Honey catches more flies than vinegar'? It's actually true. Being kind and caring actually gets you happier than being sour. Of you are unhappy with the job to learn to love your job, it’s important to find a job where learning is a requirement to success. Learning engenders joy, regardless of the Profession you’re in. Become a student again. Read books, study organizations, and stretch yourself to try new things. Never forget no one loves more than yourself loving your job is beginning of loving oneself? Try to be creator of good thoughts many Likes you get wherever you are placed, never forget it is part of your Job. Dr.T.V.Rao MD Professor Microbiology Freelance writer
