  3. 3. • Think to make make better decisions - decisions that benefit yourself and others - this leads to more success in business and finances. You are also more productive when you're happy. THINK ABOUT MAKING BETTER DECISIONS, DO NOT WORRY EVEN IF YOU FAIL? DR.T.V.RAO MD 3
  4. 4. • Learn something “new” each day to keep growing intellectually. Stagnation of thoughts will eventually end up giving you a cesspool of nothingness. Be curious. Become growth oriented. Always look for information that enhances your personal performance or position in life. “Lazy” is not part of this process! LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY DR.T.V.RAO MD 4
  5. 5. • Express gratitude often. Two of the most forgotten words today are “Thank You.” We should never miss an opportunity to offer thanks to anyone that provides any level of help. It’s a powerful set of words that we all love to hear given to us as a result of some action we’ve taken. Make a list of things for which you are grateful and strive to grow that list every day. • Never forget to thank the almighty EXPRESS YOUR GRATITUDE TO ALMIGHTY DR.T.V.RAO MD 5
  6. 6. • Use goals to create your future and commit to their completion. We get energized this time of the year to recommit ourselves to greater successes next year. Why not start with one goal that will give you the greatest return on your time investment and work like hell to bring it into reality. Continue adding goals throughout the year. Don’t overwhelm yourself with a long list that never gets done. CREATE GOAL THEN YOU ARE PROGRESSING DR.T.V.RAO MD 6
  7. 7. • Many Teachers loose interest in reading other than what they are supposed to Teach, However Choose a book that requires effort and concentration and read a little of it every day, so that you read it from cover to cover in 100 days. READ A BOOK ON SOMETHING OTHER THAN YOU KNOW DR.T.V.RAO MD 7
  8. 8. • Never forget to walk 10,000 steps, every day, for the next 100 days. Every step you take during the day counts toward the 10,000 steps: • Teachers neglect physical exercise than many Professionals ? NEVER FORGET TO WALK EVERY DAY INTO FUTURE DR.T.V.RAO MD 8

  10. 10. • Negative talk produces negative thoughts; negative thoughts produce negative results”, • Feed your mind with the thoughts, words, and images that are most consistent with who you want to be, what you want to have, and what you want to achieve.   12. 12. • We all come across people who upset us or make us angry. We all come across people who seem to be just mean and nasty. Here's a perspective-adjuster that can really help in dealing with such people. • The people around you are not your choice try to ignore them .   13. 13. • Become aware of the differences between how you treat others, and how you treat yourself. Are you dismisive of yourself? Do you treat yourself with the same respect that you treat others? TEACH OTHERS HOW TO TREAT YOU DR.T.V.RAO MD 13
  14. 14. • It sounds simple and old, but it is absolutely true. Often we don't realise how sullen we are.
